Heinz Nerger alias Latschenpaule wurde im Laufe seines Lebens ein "Pankower Original". Als "LatschenPaule" nahm er an Zahlreichen Volks- und Familienfesten teil. Er selbst nannte sich Drehorgelspielmeister.
