Ruine Neue Bahnhofstraße, undatiertes Foto. Bis 1960 beherbergte die Neue Bahnhofsstraße 11-17 in Lichtenberg ein Nebenwerk des WF, "Gerätewerk" genannt. Ab 1960 kam es dann zum VEB Messelektronik Berlin (MEB), der aus Teilen des Funkwerks Köpenicks und des WFs gebildet worden war. Hauptfeld der Produktion des MEB waren (wie schon zuvor als Nebenwerk des WF) Prüf-, Mess- und Testgeräte für Hochfrequenz. Die Gebäude Neue Bahnhofstraße Nr. 11-12 hatte ursprünglich 1904 Georg Knorr inne, woraus unter ständiger Erweiterung auch auf andere Gebäudekomplexe die Knorr-Bremse AG entstand...Besteller: Bernhard. Bernhard war Leiter der Instandhaltung innerhalb der zentralen technischen Abteilung und ist von 1956-1958 nachweisbar. ..Verbleib des Negativs unbekannt. ..Foto, Oktober 1956.
